Is UPS favoring women over men for driver training? I went to driving school and have been pre-loading for 6 weeks waiting to drive with supervisors. Every woman hired after me has spent, at most, a week on pre-load before driving. I have asked on numerous occasions and get the runaround. There are guys that have been around over a year that are getting skipped. Is this common?

Hot preloaders don't necessarily get promoted....just get offers!

Definitely not a bad worker. How can someone do that job poorly? Grab package-place on shelf/ floor. Repeat. I did go ONE day with a supervisor and drove fine. I just don't get it.

Some of them are semi-good looking. No beauty contest winners for sure.
