And government employees often serve in high cost cost of living areas while making less money than their private sector counterparts. They do not always have the luxury of padding their piggy banks like you did down in Georgia.

Everybody makes choices ... UPS offered me promotions several times but I would not move.
I lived in a small South Georgia town with no opportunity and I moved to the Atlanta area as soon as I got out of High School.
It’s not very intelligent to think people who choose to make less money in order to serve their Country have made a poor life choice.
