Pence, like Biden, promptly returned the documents and cooperated with investigators, also was not prosecuted.
Biden knew he had them at least since 2017 he did not return them. Matter of fact he read them to someone without security clearance willfully.

“Special counsel Robert K. Hur testified Tuesday that President Biden revealed classified documents about the War in Afghanistan to his ghostwriter in February 2017 and “read classified information out loud” to him.

The author did not hold a security clearance.

The testimony undermines Mr. Biden’sargument that he did not willfully take or share classified information.”

In sum, donald repeatedly refused to return hundreds of documents containing classified information ranging from U.S. nuclear secrets to the nation's defense capabilities, and took steps to thwart the government's efforts to get the documents back.

Oh, I’m sorry what actually happened was reported and you don’t like the newspaper I referred to?

I’m not arguing against Donald Trump being guilty or innocent. I’m pointing out that Joe Biden is definitely guilty. Maybe they should both be in jail.

“We could very well have a sitting president under felony indictment and, ultimately, a criminal trial. It would grind government to a halt.”

"As Donald Trump seeks the presidency for a third time, he is being vigorously opposed by a vocal contingent of former officials who are stridently warning against his return to power and offering dire predictions for the country and the rule of law if his campaign succeeds.

It’s a striking chorus of detractors, one without precedent in the modern era, coming from those who witnessed first-hand his conduct in office and the turmoil that followed.

Sarah Matthews, a former Trump aide who testified before the House Jan. 6 committee and is among those warning about the threat he poses, said it’s “mind-boggling” how many members of his senior staff have denounced him.

“These are folks who saw him up close and personal and saw his leadership style,” Matthews said.

“The American people should listen to what these folks are saying because it should be alarming that the people that Trump hired to work for him a first term are saying that he’s unfit to serve for a second term.”

January 6th was a setup and the committee didn’t even allow certain stuff. It was a dog and pony show.

Fundamentalist Christians are putting the Ten Commandments in Louisiana public schools. Now, their kids will know God is deeply offended by stealing, coveting thy neighbor’s wife, coveting thy neighbor’s goods, adultery & bearing false witness. And this November, those kids will watch their parents vote for Donald Trump.

Yep and if they read the rest of that book, they’ll realize a lot of the people in the Bible did the same thing. (king David comes to mind.) They’re human beings and they’re only asked to repent. Maybe Donald will do that one day.

So you post an article from Obama member who ruined the country for 8 years and we are supposed to take his words as fact. He also worked with the Clintons who made millions off this country.
