The judge ruled no delay because Mueller should have been ready when he brought charges. Mueller got exposed for showboating for the publicity.

Mueller could find himself in big trouble.

The 13 people charged in the high-profile indictment in February are considered unlikely to ever appear in a U.S. court. The three businesses accused of facilitating the alleged Russian troll farm operation — the Internet Research Agency, Concord Management, and Concord Catering — were also expected to simply ignore the American criminal proceedings.
But that's not what happened.
Lawyers for Concord Management appeared and requested a speedy trial along with motions for discovery.
On Friday afternoon Mueller's team asked for a delay, but the Judge offered no explanation for her decision to deny a request prosecutors made to put off the scheduled Wednesday arraignment.

So the issue is now , Will Mueller turn over his investigation reports and records for discovery ? Or will he request that the case be dismissed ?
Because if he continues to delay the case , his mission could back fire on him.

I would expect him to file a motion to the court asserting foreign national criminal defendants shouldn't be afforded 6th Amendment Rights of a US citizen, or even appeal to a friendlier court to overrule the judge's order. That would however give our Court's a huge conundrum.

If you want to put a wager on it I'm betting most Whites were outraged by it. And not because he's black. But because he practically cut off his ex wife's head in a drug fueled jealous rage and got away with it, most likely because of his celebrity. If Brad Pitt or Tom Cruise did that I'd want them to get the needle.
