President Trump

It would help if someone of her stature took a fall for misdeeds. Would serve as an example that no one is above the law. But probably not going to happen because it might expose the backroom deals most are benefiting from. Recently came out about the huge deals family members of Congressmen are getting. A way to circumvent current law. And it appears a lot of them are doing it.
Understood, we have actual violation of US Code on her behalf, yet they spend time and treasure to chase a rabbit down a hole.
Screw Mitch also.

Think they wanted the kind of scrutiny that would come with paying a Trump confidant big money to get the President to help get their drug approved?
I think they should have read and understood it before signing it. I don't play the liberal what if games and such like that. I'm well aware you aren't a lib, don't play the what if games.

So no one can speculate about anything if it might put the Trump administration in a bad light? I love what he's done with the taxes. I love how his foreign policy has shown positive results. I don't want to see it all fall apart because of greed in his administration. It's the job of the Media to hold those in power accountable for their actions. Unfortunately these days most of the Media only wants to hold one side accountable. But I'm not going to play that game. It was Cohen's lawyers who asked how did Stormy Daniel's lawyer get access to Cohen's financial records. The leak exposed all of this, not the Press reporting it. Of course they put their spin on it and that's unraveling. Doesn't change the fact that Cohen tried to benefit financially by selling the idea he could give access to the President for a price. If all these corporations are lying about it then poor Michael Cohen. Highly doubtful.

Speculation is only speculation, haven't you learned anything from what the other side has been doing since Trump's election. This is a diversion to deflect where the real attention should be. Cohen is a rich guy, if he is charged with something, he will defend or plea. It's that simple. I don't carry water for Cohen, don't give a rats ass about him.

I'm speculating about what the facts mean. These aren't made up facts.

I think the fact these corporations were also involved is a good indication that what Cohen did was within the parameters of lobbying. anyone in a position to speak and negotiate with Cohen on behalf of an AT and T would have had any conversations and agreements studied to death by their legal folks.

Except if it's determined what he did was lobbying he's in trouble because he isn't a registered lobbyist. There are laws in place regulating lobbyist behavior, and for good reason.

yes they are.
Corporations paid serious money to Cohen because he represented to them he had special access to Trump and could get things done lobbyists couldn't. His financial records were leaked. The Treasury Department IG is looking into the leak. These aren't made up facts.

the key part of your comment is "except if" the facts are not out there at this time that clearly shows he did anything illegal. swampy yes. but normal swampy consulting work.

the libs do this every week, don't bite on this BS

Apparently not normal consulting work as they found his work not what they were paying for. If there are questions to the legality shouldn't they be answered? Or does everyone with a R behind their name get a free pass? If you're telling people you can get things done for a big fee but can't aren't you committing fraud?

I think the libs are great at spreading misinformation and you should try not help them.

I think we should always search for truth and let the chips fall where they may. But an honest search, not a rigged investigation(before bbsam starts talking about Mueller).

I'm not disagreeing with you , I'm telling you to wait until the truth comes out. You're in here throwing in the towel when all you've heard is info that may or may not be true.

Cohen isn’t a registered lobbyist and didn’t report payments. And do you really think he was providing accounting services for Korea Aerospace?
