Peter Strzok headed the Clinton email investigation and at one point the Russian collusion investigation. He said in his texts to his fellow FBI employee and lover Page that he was going to meet with a FISA court judge at a dinner party so as to not raise any suspicions. And in one of his texts he said the White House was running this now(Obama administration). So yeah, there was a lot of collusion going on, just not Trump and the Russians.
