Probation period

I have been at ups freight as a casual dock worker for 1 year now, just got my cdl and passed the ups driving test, going to be full time combo worker, when I go full time will I be on probation again for 45 days and not protected by the union or since I have been through that with part time won't have to deal with it?

you shouldn't if your employment never ended, you will however be dropped to the bottom of the full time cartage seniority list.

No you have done you probation, you don't have to do it again. Just keep a eye on your raises make sure you get them on time.
