He has said that he would prefer to use his brains rather than his back and you are suggesting that he go in to feeders, where all you have to do is drive from Point A to Point B?

A 15 year driver would never go into management now especially with getting no pension And the pitiful 401k match isn't making up for the amount they would loose if they just stayed in the union plan....except if you are in central states... Lol
