I chuckle at the spelling prowess of my previous center manager. Very nice person. Much nicer than the person in the seat now. The spelling was atrocious on msg's sent out. I scratched my head how a person who couldn't even spell simple words, had that job

Coding out time doesn't change to many numbers any more at least the 22 elements my center manager gets graded on. It use to but corporate changed that....

Yearly safety training coding is the only coding that if coded correctly will not let those hrs effect net pph. Approved meetings in the morning doesn't do anything but effect am time. Net pph is the number they are looking at...
