Question about paid days off

Since my first year at ups...as far as I can remember, PTers received 5 personal and 5 sick days off a year....paid at 4 hours a day. Our days reset after May first...and we can't roll them over. So, my paycheck today, we received our new days for the year. For some reason, I now have 5 sick and 6 personal days this year. Hmmm....screwup perhaps, or am I just special? lol

You can usually carry over sick but get paid off personal.

Your special! They probably figured it was easier to give you an extra day off. Its one less day they have to deal with you!

You can't roll over sick days in my local...I know other locals you can.
