The crime in our cities is off the charts ! Philadelphia has 100 car jackings in the first 2 weeks of 2022. 500+ murders in 2021 .Yet the liberal DA's turn repeat offenders loose sighting that the perps are really victims of society.One intended victim of a car jacking in Philly shot the perp 5 times and was quoted as saying " stay in school and get a job instead of robbing people.Another perp was shot 16 times yesterday while attempting to steal a car. The people are fed up.

I would say black people kill each other at much higher rates.

I was reading usa today which i dont trust and it was only slightly higher for blacks but the cops disproportionately kill more blacks. so it dont look like my initial hunch was right
