Well if a minority child has X amount of scholarships available, and 4 of them were for his race only, a white child would have X-4 scholarships available to him.
In other words, 4 less scholarships available.

You said "better educational opportunities". What you're talking about is free money, not the opportunity to go to college. Everyone has the opportunity to get a government backed student loan, or work their way through college.

A lot of us grew up with limited financial means, having to do without or save up for extended periods of time for things a lot of other people took for granted. Eating one pot meals most of the time, wearing second hand clothes, riding used bicycles, ect. I worked on farms for below minimum wage, hours as long or longer than I work now. Maybe this isn't so different from what a lot of minorities deal with now. I wouldn't know, I had it "easy".
All this one color against another is BS. It's really the super rich against the rest of us. And they use race as a tool to keep us stirred up against one another, so we don't try to even the playing field for all of us. They have their power and play us like pawns against one another so we'll be too busy fighting against one another to make any serious improvements in our situation.
But as long as we keep fighting the civil war over and over and over nothing will ever change.

You want to know something most African Americans don't know about slavery? Most the slaves were bought from African tribe leaders by the English. Yes, Africans sold other Africans to the "White Devil" for commodities.
You need money to have the opportunity to go to college, so yes free money to use for college based on your race is not only racist, but it is also an educational opportunity.
