Raise in new contract

People are not going to be at work for 5 hours and get paid for 3 hours.

Louisville already has a hard time staffing operations and it only gets worse in the summer time when the school students go home

And that would be the point where you would think UPS would want to come to some sort of agreement that would make the employees feel they’re getting their time spent shuttling to and from their vehicles worthwhile.

Get the 5 year and make sure the unicorn pensions are secured or repaired. $1.50+ elevator raises sound right. Remember taxes/inflation are going to eat increases.

You just made me sad because you are right. 95% don’t realize all raises are nullified prior to Aug 1. Seeing $ on paper makes us feel good.

Ideally we should be making more than we did in 2018 plus more than inflation was every year plus a little on top of that. If we're not then we effectively take a pay cut. That's all I care about
