And that would be the point where you would think UPS would want to come to some sort of agreement that would make the employees feel they’re getting their time spent shuttling to and from their vehicles worthwhile.People are not going to be at work for 5 hours and get paid for 3 hours.
Louisville already has a hard time staffing operations and it only gets worse in the summer time when the school students go home
