You’re close to this proposal.We need a $10 raise, $5 up front. 5 years. That would equal just under 24% total over the life of contract. Many other teamsters have recently negotiated between 25-35% in recent contracts. Remember the management was just awarded huge raises, with supervisors receiving 15% and it just climbs from there with managers and higher. We all work hard. Don't sell yourself short. Ever!!
