I get the impression that the 2 sides are very far apart on the money. UPS is throwing all the easy at them like it’s a tremendous concession. Then they throw nickels around like they’re manhole covers.

They offered us 7% over the life of the contract, the number I've heard from a trusted source is in the 30% range.
