Way back in the 6th century 120 Welsh ships sailed to America.
They mingled with the natives and established a friendship of sorts.
The Welsh may well own Kentucky.
He points out that several artifacts with ancient British writing have been discovered all over the country. "We've got 55 translated messages from all over the Ohio Valley all the way up to Davenport, Iowa," he noted.
One such message is the Brandenburg stone, discovered 90 years ago by a farmer in Battletown, Kentucky, now on loan to the Falls of the Ohio Museum in Clarksville. It features letters in Coelbren, an ancient British alphabet, that translates to "Towards strength (to promote unity) divide the land we are spread over purely (justly) between offspring in wisdom."

International Bacon Day or Bacon Day is an official observance held on the Saturday before Labor Day in the United States. (Labor Day is traditionally the first Monday of September). Bacon Day was conceived in Bedford, Massachusetts in 2000 by the residents of the Crag.[SUP][3]

I use the Bacon, Bacon, Bacon call to get my dog in the house. Like the doggie commercial where the dog does Beggin, beggin Beggin!

We used to cook breakfast over the camp fire..........bacon first to get the grease.......then hash browns and onions that soak up some of that grease........then eggs over-medium and biscuits and jam. It always smelled sooooooo good in the woods of Idaho.

Like our grill, but ours was a solid piece made by some blacksmith in Montana or Wyoming.
