The increase was blamed on the use of handheld devices and websites such as Snapchat, Wave and PokemonGo, which encourage drivers to use their phones while driving.

This reminded me how much gays wanted gay marriage and then balk when someone is gonna get half their stuff when they part. Be careful what you wish for.......you don't get to walk and go to the next relationship without paperwork.
