I guess I'm losing the point in that I'm not understanding how the way Christians largely treat and instruct children and the sexual LGBTQIA+-=$ community/advocate grooming of children are the same thing.

Children shouldn’t be at gay strip clubs or interacting with adults in fetish outfits, it’s creepy and weird.

These religious folk take that too the next level though. They think children shouldn’t accept homosexuals at all, they teach their children homosexual are unnatural and not of gods design. Gay kids born into Christian households suffer way worse abuse than anything these Christians are crying about, have for centuries.
If you want to learn about horrible child abuse when it comes to their sexuality learn about Christians and their history of it.
