It means you are struggling to understand HOW the Bible teaches us.
Two kinds of authority. There is specific and general.
The Bible does not specifically command you not to smoke weed. But, in principle (passages that parallel, text dealing with other issues and subjects) it does. But, if it is found in either specific or general , it carries the same power and responsibility.

It’s not just your dislike of Trump, since that’s your right, it’s the fact that you can’t grasp that what is being said is propaganda. It would be the same for any enemy of these leftists. I’m not a Trump lover, I wouldn’t even vote for him again if a better candidate ran. But I damn sure wouldn’t vote for a democrat. You’re too distracted by him. They aren’t vaccines. And I won’t get one. I believe he was sold a bill of goods. Just like many others were. His pride wouldn’t let him let it go, he thought he did a good thing. I don’t believe he thinks that now . Either way, it’s no longer an issue. He’s not killing anyone, he never mandated anything.
