When the deficit explodes because of these tax-cuts, automatic spending-cuts will kick in, and yes, those will affect you.

Don't know the number they have affixed (laziness on my part), but to have the cash back in our economy is a good thing. An example would be:
Does US dollars sent back to Mexico by whomever help the US or Mexican economy?
My thought is, Why is a multinational concerned where the cash is? I'm not a corporatist, multinationals hold no allegiance to any nation. I say let them bring the money back with no tax, it's already been taxed in the country it was earned in. I personally don't think much will be repatriated, they already do business in those nations. We'll see.
