If premiums are raised it will be on everyone........rising water raises all boats. The poorer folks are on Medicaid and because of Obamacare many folks chose 'the fine' and they had no health care....by choice!

Democratic leadership? Republicans control both houses of congress it's incumbent on them to fix the problems Trump is creating. Trump just raised my insurance premium by up to 20% next year and it's not just me. He did this to millions of Americans. It's not a strategy, he did it to intentionally sabotage the health insurance industry and is bragging about that fact. Destroying 1/6 of the economy and raising costs on everyone is not my vision of American greatness.
