Yes, funding Israel’s iron dome defense system made it possible for them to keep the kiddy gloves on with Palestinians. Without that dome and defense funding democrats wanted to cut Israel would of had to steam roll them to keep their people safe.

Why should America have to throw away political capital and money to solve Israel’s problem when we could have just slashed defense funding and let Israel handle it?

This isn’t a winning deal for America compared to that.

As proven in the past…Israel can handle anybody, especially a third world country like Iran and proxies. They do not need the US military to strike deep into their enemies. I disagree often with the way the Israeli government handles their business, but the idea that you don’t think they could handle their issue on their own quite easily is kind of silly. It’s the west that restrains them. If Israel wanted Gaza free of Palestinians, they could do it in about 30 days. It’s the west that talks them out of that.

Defund them and let them do it. The US interference in the area just draws out the inevitable. Defund them, clean your hands of the situation and move on.

Well bud, I don’t think anything is set in stone yet and like I said a lot of what Trump says is all just talk to get another outcome. So if you wanna talk about living in reality, reality is nothing is going to change.
