LMAO.His passion for justice is unmatched.
i've never been taught to adjust the e brake. no idea how to do it. i just in pretrip pull the e brake and put it in first gear and see if it holds the truck. if it doesn't just write it up. and drive it for the day or get another truck.

...lives and play this macho tough guy casino game? I don't want to be out there making mistakes...
...is not the same as understanding what the culture of an organization is and questioning it. Your gen is not the future of ups, mine is. We question everything...
If that’s what the system is designed for is people failing then yeah, they will. But ups has the public all around them so these games they play taking chances on new drivers without adequate training is risking lives at the expense of their tough boys club charades. We are all just trying to work for a check. If they hire people with no previous experience, the burden falls on them to give them that experience. I don’t see how ups would be legally immune if people are killed because of how ups put drivers on the street. I’m a loser and a bitch because I simply wanted good training for a new job so I could do a good job. It’s not enough to try to get a job, you gotta read minds too. Hope you are all impressed with yourselves. You could've really just stopped here.
Stop pretending you speak on behalf of an entire generation. The job is a dead end for you because you don't get an RPCD job after 2 weeks of 22.4, there's no instant gratification, you aren't catered to. We have plenty of 20-somethings doing just fine in package, no need to be babied, no need for any crutch to get them through. You want everyone to get a trophy, everyone should make it in package and it's the company's fault if people fail. Sorry man, people fail, get your poop in a group and figure it out for yourself.
Since Dave is missing I feel someone needs to say this: YAWNIf that’s what the system is designed for is people failing then yeah, they will. Y’all ain’t making it easy....Far be it from me to defend UPS but dude isn't it time to just move on?
