As other posters have pointed out -- I hope you statement does involve slow cooking or footwear.
People thank God have choices to make-- do not like Rush or Garafalo --change the channel -state you disagree with their dopey extreme views --but to wish anyone dead ??? Our lives here go by fast enough --be careful what you "fill" youself with --HATE --I believe can consume a person faster than the most extreme cancer.

I guess Im just like Rush and I tell it like I see it. Your right, we are only here for a short time and it just goes to show you when Rush has to pop pills just how meanless fame and fortune are when your a miserable slug like him.

What does one do, if they have severe back pain, and it cannot be fixed without surgery which may or may not fix it and could leave you paralyzed. . I dont mean an ache.
What do you do if you get hooked on pain killer, that allows you to sorta live your life, but it is addictive. Well you quit and then you have a heart attack from the pain of untreated back pain.
Rush has always bragged that he does not exercise. Maybe now he will. We dont even know the outcome, but I will bet he has as many supporters, as the nasties who wish him dead.

If Rush is willing for our economy to fail causing millions to suffer and some to die, I only think its the patriotic thing for him to die for our countries sake. He who only cares for himself is a lost soul.

Did you get the part about Rush wishing for Obamas socialist policies to fail, not the economy, not the Man, just his ridiculous, elementary, socialist policies which have all failed whenever they have been tried? He like many of us, think America is just fine. We dont apologize for being the strong nation we have been, nor do we wish to become one whose government controls our wealth, health, and businesses. The health care issue can be fixed, and yes the government may need to help out. Not to the tune of all of us who have health care handing it over to them.
Ive been to the BMV, the post office, The social security administration, the welfare offices, the dept of jobs and family services, the bureau of vital statistics, the energy programs, the weatherization programs, the food stamp programs, they all suck. Compare your service there to UPS. A private owned company.

I think what Rush said is he wanted Obama to fail because he didn't believe in his policies...But sure...anyone with different political views should just be allowed to die with your hateful blessing.....

I always wonder why these rich people don't take better care of themselves physically, it's not like they don't have the time and resources. I'm not talking about being a gym rat, just 30 minutes of good exercise a day and eating right. Rush's workday is essentially 3 hours, and with his income he could easily have a highly qualified personal trainer and nutritionist on staff. Regardless of how much money he has, an obese man who brags about not exercising is pretty sad. Maybe this will be a wake up call for him.

I agree, just months ago, he was yakking about how he does not exercise. I was told even though in decent shape, I have to do more, to protect myself because of the physical aspect of the job. My stress test had me running to get my heart rate up, to where they did their measuring, for 12 darn minutes. I was at cardiac rehab with my husband and they told me to get an evaluation. So even though we exercise all day, we have to do more to protect our hearts. And you have been doing that from the posts I have read. Many of us dont, as we think what we do is enough.

Perhaps it was losing too much weight too quickly..He was bragging because he lost the weight without exercising...Not sure if I'd brag about that...

Yes, I know he has prep time, but a lot of that consists of just keeping current so he can comment on the topics of the day, it's not like he has to be in a meeting with his boss. He's not married, no kids....kinda makes ya wonder what the heck he does do all day

Speaking of footwear, what if the shoe was on the other foot. Lets say film-maker Micheal Moore was laying in a hospital bed in question. I don't think there would be many well wishes from the right. As was the Ted Kennedy thread here in BC during his last days.
But I have to agree with Island on this one, wishing death on a talking head is a little extreme. But I wouldn't mind the ghost of Chistmas pass pays him a little visit and shows him the ills of his ways...

I would hope the Ghost of Christmas past would visit alot of these people .--- I am also glad we found common ground on the Death wish issue !!!
You mentioned Ted Kennedy --while I did not buy into the "Lion of the Senate" stuff---I did grieve when He passed and watched all of burial coverage. Part of the History of our time.
Also Michael Moore who I consider a multi million dollar phony who benefits from the very system --he "honestly evaluates" --I would never wish him dead !!!
