We get o/t pay for any shift over 5 hours and any week over 30 hours. That's not including driver helper or anything else.

I figure they work us Saturday at straight pay in order to shave off 3-4 hours of OT pay during the week.

Sorry I made the classic mistake of thinking everyone had the same job as me.

Yes preload is different here as well. I believe they only get OT after 40 hrs. They have no 6th day punch rule or OT after 5 here.
