A just got off a lengthy call with Empower. A phone call is necessary to gain access to a second app NetInvestor where the self managed portion is. The woman at Empower was the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with….simply phenomenal. She was patient and had a firm grasp on the process. The entire call took about 45 minutes. She was an English speaker and I have every reason to believe an American living and working in America. She was great. I must say I liked the Prudential management much better. The ability existed to transfer money from account to self management with a few clicks. I can only assume that to do so with Empower will require a phone call. CAVA, GOOGL, NVDA, FETH for all you drivers who don’t want to go through life as suckers and losers. Ditch that UPS stock and ball. That goes for you to Carol.
