That’s a new one. When I went FT all my earned days went with me and I just got paid out at FT rate. Next year, bid as usual.

At least in the central it's that way. You do get your part time days cashed out if unused.

Here (Upstate NY) our days reset Jan 1. When I went FT, it was September, I had one week of vacation left and a personal day or two. Got my vacation and remaining days paid at driver rate when I took them and everything refilled Jan 1. Bid the next years vacations with the drivers. Any unused days are paid out the first week of December here.
