Overtime? Not seeing it yet. We have few call ins. Everyone’s afraid. Attendance is at its best right now.

they want me to jump through hoops if I don’t feel well. The urgent care and doctors wait has me just working through this.
They really don’t want to pay us any emergency leave.
If one is really sick or has a family member, or you have traveled overseas, even getting approval to use the leave is quite the hassle.
Most would rather work.
