I believe it. Considering they stopped offering pensions to new employees in about 2010. So everyone hired before that has a pretty good pension. I wasn't expecting anything from UPS after I left them, I got a new job and rolled over my 401k . I will take the cash bonus considering I am only 30 years old and I would have to wait 40 more years for a pension with a company I left forever ago.
