SSD's (PVD's) implemented 6-7 weeks from Christmas. New contract already ignored?

So sad that some just couldnt keep it coridal, for some, enjoy your life being miserable complaining and miserable. I wish the best for the rest. Happy holidays
Thanks for delivering those 150lb desks out of the back of your focus.
Have a merry Christmas. Don't forget to get that oil changed and tires rotated. You also might want to get your suspension inspected.

I never complained about hours, or bad pay...you are making things up. read my previous posts. UPS drivers are complaining about being overworked, but dont want help from PVDs
I always welcomed help from any PVD in my area. Would give them as many stops as they wanted. Wasn't fun delivering until midnight out in the middle of nowhere.

Don't let some posters here bust your balls too much. Some are retired and post all day here because they have no other life. Feel sad for them actually.

I did, just asking what the balance is to make route drivers happy from being overworked during peak
It's tough to answer since every driver wants something different. Plenty of guys are good with no more than 40 hours. Some don't need much money and are happy with 4 days a week. On the flip side, many of us built a lifestyle based on 45-50 hours a week and need that to be comfortable. Some may actually want 55, probably not every week though.

Ultimately, drivers should be asked if they want to keep work or lose it to an SSD. Problem with that is it hinders planning.

Didn't they ask us that last year with the TSP?

Thats much appreciated. In the current society where nobody wants to work, and people complain that everyone is lazy. Than come someone who wants to work, and they arent happy about it...???
