We used to start at 8:30, but then about 2 months ago we got a brand new center manager AND preload manager and all of a sudden we start at 8:45. Monday, if we get in early and preload is wrapped, we can usually just start when we get there. Most of the fault lies on the preload manager. He's the perfect management guppy. He just doesn't care and does whatever they tell him.

Was 815 on Mondays Tu-Fr 0915. Now It's 0830 Mon and Tu-Fr 0900. I too wish it were earlier so we could be off sooner but I digress...if that were the case, they would load up more stops to keep us from have some normalcy in our lives.
