It's considered voluntary for hourlys to come in early since it's outside what the job was presented as(twilight which is basically 5p to 10p)

In my local you aren't late as long as you show up by the originally posted start time.. the new start time is considered extra work and voluntary

I'm going thru the same thing I m on time according to posted schedule but the suggested 15 min. earlier start time I don't make puts me late. Every week our preload start time changes if my belt tending position has a differant start time shouldn't it be posted?

Start taking pictures of it every Friday.


If you ever have troubles with management writing you up for tardiness then just show them the pictures and you will be fine.
