Can i use my phone to record conversations. Sure would help if im allowed. State law says as long as one side of the party is aware of the recording, it is ok.. Could i do this in the hub? It would help to prove my case when management is in the wrong.

Ask your immediate supervisor and steward. If they do not allow the recording device then I believe you can file a grievance. If no resolution, I would think you could resort to the NLRB after letting UPS know you intend to contact the NLRB.. Forced Integrity. Gotta love that. A labor law attorney should be able to clarify your rights.
