I was surprised that people don't know this.

We didn't think so because management can never locate us on route when or if WE need them? It's a mystery?

Also, they can never locate a neighboring driver if you have an off route. "You will hafta' do it"

The crackhead got tired of constant messages from the center telling him how to be a crackhead! Tossed the diad out of frustration.

When I got the board back there was a message from center on it. It read: “PLEASE RETURN THIS TO OUR DRIVER” Our afternoon dispatcher has a sense of humor. The green light was still on when it was handed to me so the tweaker definitely had no idea how to even turn it on. I like to think he saw the green light come on and it spooked him into hiding, which made it easier for the cops to catch him.

Probably because they have to make a lot of decisions when no management are around.

They get abused a lot. A lot of the responsibilities of management without the benefits and no union protection.

OMS doesn't have the authority to give you orders. Best to do what they say though.
