Strange twist to on going qualifying issue

I am serious.

We had a guy in his 30 days crying about something in the locker room that he said he was going to grieve. Pretty much every one in the locker room told him he had no grievance and he should just concentrate on qualifying.

He complained some more, this time a supe heard it. He was DQd at day 28.

You need to tread lightly if you are serious about being FT.

During my 30 I must have done 5 or 6 different routes in my first 15 days. I remember saying something to my DM one night about how I was supposed to run the same route for 30 days. He said you've scratched everyday. Next morning I was told congratulations you've made seniority.
