That’s the point, it’s nothing but criminals! See all the arrests for drugs. It’s not just marijuana, these are felony arrest. Crystal meth and heroin are the bikers drug of choice to mix with booze.

Looks to me like the only thing that is REALLY skyrocketing is the "cash seized" column. Apparently Law Enforcement has learned how to jump on that band wagon. I see a BIG Christmas party at the local cop shop this year.
