We don’t either , i’m guessing next year..guys around here getting 10+ hrs of overtime a week and we are patiently waiting for the almighty 22.4s to relieve us from excessive overtime.

Yep , gotta love when your routes crushed but the rookie next to you has a 6hr day cause “ he doesn’t know that area” ..even with a GPS they still make up excuses.

A couple of months ago, got this message, "Yesterday, you had 6 backs. What can you do to reduce."

That is when I quit caring. How about a congrats for getting down to 6??? Since that day, my average is about 12.

I am the bid driver. 6 backs for a day is a pretty awesome day. Getting on my back about it was stupid.
