I don’t remember the specific question.. but when Rubio gave an answer completely unrelated to the question at one of the 2016 debates for the Republican nomination..Chris Christie called him out about not answering the question.
Rubio replied with the same off subject answer and it basically ended his run.
There were several times I would have liked the other candidate to say..”I surrender my time back to you to answer Susan’s question!”
