I guess it makes sense that having to work for 8 hours could wreck you as badly as driving drunk. I’ve never had that experience myself.

And I’m not making you break any laws. Where in Canadian law is driving after 8 hours of work described as illegal anyway?

Get more sleep, comrade. Less CCP fan club and more beddy with the teddy.
its not legal to drive while tired. i know youve never had that experience, so what you need to do is capitalist uber all nighter, and then drive for 45 minutes at 9am. then report back to me.

why do you support illegal activities?

whats star wars about?

I've had overnight jobs and drove home, and I've had driving all night jobs. If you drive tired after working all night it's because you didn't get enough sleep before going to work. That's your fault, not the company's.

The company expects tired people to come to work, correct?

They also expect me to come to work sober what’s your point? It is a personal responsibility and no one told you you’d had to take the job. The things you do on your off time are your business just don’t bring them to work.

You hope! :)

The Republican Party must receive the correction it needs if I'm to ever have an alternative to terrible Democratic Presidential candidates. And I don't see the Republican base dropping Trump in the primaries. Especially since Joe got him off the hook for the classified documents.

I think there are so many Republicans who are fuming about the 2020 election that they'll vote for him in the primaries even if that shoots them in the foot in the general election. Can't win without the independent vote and if they're not already leery enough of Trump they will be by the election by the time the media gets through with him. What newolddude doesn't show is polls say DeSantis beats Biden in the general but Biden beats Trump. Even if Trump does everything right leading up to the election I don't want another Octogenarian in the White House. By the way my dad heard Trump is considering Tulsi as a running mate.

The problem for Trump this time around is going to be that he's a known quantity to everyone, including independents. So people have already made up their minds about him. Don't think Tulsi would be enough to move the needle very much.

Will be interesting to see how DeSantis plans to convince Trumpees that he's even Trumpier in order to get through the primaries while still maintaining enough national appeal.

I really don't think DeSantis has to convince them of that. Just run on his record and do well in the debates. If Trump resorts to the bullying/name calling with DeSantis it's likely to backfire. The only Republican who halfway stood up to Trump in 2016 was Cruz and I think DeSantis would do better in that regard. What we need assurances of is DeSantis will control the border, lower fuel and grocery costs, get spending down, work with Democrats without giving away the farm as Republicans are known to do. We need new leadership that concentrates on building an economy that gives people hope for the future.

teh companies need to be responsible and have a list of people they call to offer night shifts, or night shifts that end at 330 am.

just bc its profitable doesnt mean its reasonable or safe

What the world are you talking about? Do you want them to just have people sitting by the phone just on the off chance someone is a little sleepy? Lol OK buddy good luck with that.

Millions do it ricky. I suggest if you can't handle working nights then work days. Acting like companies are evil because they have a night shift is silly.
companies are evil. capitalism concentrates power. power corrupts. its evil.

its not a unique phenonemon for myself, many people have problems. im sure every person i worked night shift with had problems with it.

get your head out of the sand
