I have a tendency to point out the obvious corruption of many major Democrats which really irks some here because they only want to hear about Republican corruption. The problem is for every corrupt Republican there seems to be several Dems doing much worse things and not being called on it. They can't stand that I do call it out.

I think the big difference between the two is Carter was sincerely incompetent while Biden seems to have a wrecking ball agenda. Carter went on to doing some very good deeds as an ex president but Biden is a swamp creature through and through.
