Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor in New York. There has to be another crime also to make it a felony.

So would you like to tell us what that crime was?

Or is your media so terrible you've never heard of any of this? Sad.

So you’re saying this is literally fake news? Trump was not convicted in court of a felony?

Why isn’t he suing them for slander and libel then?

You should be a little less worried about me smoking weed and instead start getting your facts straight

So you didn't know falsifying business records was a misdemeanor without another crime also being committed.

And you have no clue what that other crime was.

Figures.

Thank you for admitting you were ignorant about all this. I suggest you go do some research and come back when you're sober, we'll chat then Harry.
Nope, you’re wrong. Again, you need to be less concerned what other adults do with their own body and worry about yourself. Especially when the guy who is high is consistently proving you wrong.

Trump was found guilty of felonies. In court. Donald Trump is a convicted felon. You are wrong. Again.

“Some judges in a New York appeals court appeared receptive Thursday to possibly reversing or reducing a civil fraud judgment that stands to cost Donald Trump nearly $500 million. One judge called the former president’s penalty “troubling” and wondered if the state’s policing of private business transactions amounted to “deterrence” or “mission creep.”

I never said he wasn't.
If you weren't high maybe you wouldn't need that explained to you.
What has he been convicted of.

falsifying business records related to hush money payments to a porn star

That's a misdemeanor.
Nice try though.
Your act is tired and lazy, and honestly embarrassing. The fact you keep bringing up weed shows how little you have

What a waste of time you just did, and for what?

Yes, falsifying business records is a misdemeanor, and in addition to violating New York Election Law § 17.152, it becomes a felony, which he was convicted of

I should have been even more clear for you, and when he asked “what was he convicted of” I could have said “falsifying business records related to hush money payments to a porn star and violating New York Election Law § 17.152” and you could just smash your thumbs down button and move on. Or maybe I should have typed out every single one of the 34 counts?

I'm glad I've managed to educate you.
Not an easy task since you're high so much.

You're welcome friend.
You educated no one

It really is fascinating how you completely flip flopped on all your views, yet you still have the same smug snarky attitude as when you were calling the Trump supporters idiots

Maybe you should smoke a joint and have some introspection into why you are the way you are. How it can be that you think you’re always right and it’s the others who are dumb, even when you switch to the exact opposite opinion, you still carry the same attitude

He has not been convicted or even charged with violating New York election law § 17.152. Which by the way, is also a misdemeanor.

Always happy to inform you Harry.
Carry on.

the jury had three options to decide on whether the second charge kicked in and made it a felony.
the jury did not have to state which of the three options they chose. Theoretically 4 could have decided on each option without a consensus.
kind of like a murder charge where the jury gets to decide on what weapon they think was used without having to state the one nor come to a consensus.

short answer this is some politcally manufactured doodoo that they would have never tried on anyone else but Trump and would not have ever passed anywhere else but a deep blue :censored2:pot like new york.
