Fetuses in gestation don’t have legal rights. Women do.
legally they actually do have rights. even under roe vs wade they had clear rights at some point in their gestation.

the problem with this issue is both sides keep trying to take their positions to the extreme opposite position when they probably could come up with a compromise that nobody likes but that is the best they can come up with somewhere in the middle.

the extremes of that position then motivate the other side to mobolize to reverse what was done.

Sure but Trump has floated a compromise and these people are pretending he's a Nazi for it.
