And again you don't even understand how this electoral college is used. you will always have three minimum based on your house of representatives and your senator. It's a minimum so their voices are still heard. I understand comprehension is not your strong point but it doesn't take a genius to understand that. Fine you really want to change it? Popular vote by state one vote per state DC has the tiebreaker. That way every state is equal. Or do you not agree to equality?

It's nothing like what the founders who created it had in mind.
