  • Derek Chauvin's defense attorney Eric Nelson called for a mistrial after the jury retired on Monday
  • He cited Rep Maxine Waters' comments on the case as he argued that there was no way the jury could be unbiased given constant media coverage
  • 'Now that we have US representatives threatening acts of violence in relation to this trial it’s frankly mind-blowing,' Nelson said
  • Judge Peter Cahill replied: 'I grant you Congresswoman Waters may have handed you grounds for appeal and the turning over of this trial'
  • But Cahill refused to grant a mistrial and adjourned the court until the jury comes back with a verdict

Maxine should be ashamed of herself inciting black supremacist violence in this country.
Tucker Carlson talked about this tonight. In the 1992 Rodney King riots in L.A. she called for rioting then too. The guy who pulled Reginald Denny out of his truck where he was almost killed was visited by her in jail. He got a light sentence, served only a portion of it, and went on to murder someone else. She's a real peach.

You know Tucker is a habitual liar, right?

What if by her stupid comments a member of the People's House gives the defense just cause for an appeal and the defendant goes free ? Also as a side note Maxine requested a police escort on her visit to Minnesota were she apparently incited violence.

The Left certainly wants everyone to think so. They're desperately trying to get him off the air. But that crazy Tucker, doing things like showing video of her saying those things.
Tucker displays a perfect example of the zero-sum attitude common among white supremacists. If you give "them" rights then you are taking rights away from "us".

No, he points out that people who break our laws coming here instead of going through our established immigration system shouldn't be rewarded with rights. And that Democrats in their zeal to seize power by using these people are making a farce out of our system.
