What % of the Part Time employees have worked for UPS under 6 months is the question. How many of them even even have a clue?
What percent of part time workers could give a :censored2: about long term contract issues since 90% of them won’t stick around for the long haul? This is why there should be two tiered union representation for PTers or they shouldn’t be allowed to vote.

They don't stick around for the long haul precisely because they are treated with this sort of disdain.

You take their money, give them nothing in return, and then blame them for not liking it.
