australia solves the problem of low voter turnout by mandatory voting. they might have a "none of the above" as well.

No, but it will hurt the union as a whole. Which will indirectly hurt Hawfa and Taylor. Maybe. They were probably paid royally for orchestrating this bull:censored2:, and won't care.

No it won't hurt Hoffa and Taylor. The top never suffers plus Hoffa is leaving anyways. It will hurt us "peons" because :censored2: rolls down hill.

That could happen yes but I'd rather have a voice then not. I can't argue the points that people.are saying because I'm on their side. But me personally I won't leave the union.

The union isn't Hoffa and his lap dogs. Hurting my local isn't going to hurt Hoffa and Taylor.

I made the comment months ago when Missouri had RTW vote. Said I wouldn’t be surprised if it passed with all the shadiness going on. It didn’t, but, I think it might be a different tune had the election been in November....

It's absolutely not semantics. It's clearly written in the constitution. They can only impose it due to low turnout if it's the final offer. They're claiming it was. It'll really end up being up to the NLRB whether or not that was the proper call, or if it occurred because of collusion.

I'm agreeing with you. Just clarifying what the yessers are saying. They say it passed, but it's really being imposed, that's where semantics comes in. Whether the union is right to impose it will hopefully be verified or denied through a NLRB investigation.

Go into your browsing history and try to send me the URL of when you were on the website and I'll see what I can do.
:censored2: me. I can't seem to find it. It's like it disappeared. I see in my history stuff from before I went on UPSers.com and saw that, and stuff after, but not that in particular. Hopefully someone else can provide that. I'm not the only one who saw it, right? Where UPSers.com showed this dejected message of the contract being rejected?

Next time? No sir, good luck to you moving forward. I’ll still use your representation to be as much of a POs as you, but you have a very limited time left since your “in” with Hoffa. Who will be gone soon enough. No doubt left now. And Denise Taylor, my god, what an excuse for a man. His wife must have one hell of a shower head.
AMEN!

It's not collusion, it's knowing the rules. Collusion would be very very hard to prove.
Well, it's not explicitly stated what criteria the NNC follows to determine that the offer is final, so apparently they can pull that out of their asses whenever they want to impose a contract, as long as at least half of the membership doesn't vote.

I don't believe for a New York minute that only 44% of the union members voted. I don't even think UPS will believe this. I bet the IBT believes it, though.

I'm referring to the earliest news on UPSers, Wall Street Journal and other sites. Then suddenly "UPS Rising" comes up with a 44% turnout and says it's been ratified now. I'm not the only one who commented based on the initial news, jackass. You're going to be very busy keeping up with things when somebody has to prove how a record turnout somehow now equals 44% 3 hours after announcing that the Master flopped.
I'm hoping @Package Car Driver will be able to pull a cached copy of the first news story on UPSers.com. He says he'd need a link from your history when you went to the original news story on UPSers.com. It'll come in handy.
