You do realize that the weapons given to Ukraine under the former administartion were not allowed to be deployed near the contested regions in the East, don't you? You also are aware, I'm sure, that President Obama did not give Javelins to Ukraine at the time because his military advisors were fearful the pro Russian government would give the Russians the technology.
But the Ukrainians had them for when the Russians invaded in 2022. They didn't have the privilege of defending themselves when Russia invaded in 2014. By the way weapons were given by Trump that turned the tide in the Donbas war. Until then Russia's support had tipped the balance in favor of the ethnic Russian rebels. Don't forget also it was under Obama's leadership that the Russians took the Crimean Peninsula. And it was Obama caught on a hot microphone saying tell Vladimir to be patient until after Obama's last election. Obama sold the Ukrainians down the river and Biden has had to be dragged into giving assistance. And we've got people here saying it's all some made up fantasy. Or trying to make an equivalence between what the Russians are doing and the U.S. actions in Iraq and elsewhere. Meanwhile civilians are getting slaughtered.

President Obama did not 'sell them down the river', but his policy towards Ukraine was flawed, to say the least.
As far as President Biden is concerned, so far his handling of the situation has been pretty good. What would you have him do?
Biden should have been arming the Ukrainians when Putin started massing troops on their border. And nobody should've been buying Russia's oil and gas. You don't wait to see if Putin actually was serious. You hit him first.
And you don't think Obama didn't betray the Ukrainians? Asking Vladimir to hold off until after Obama won his last election? Obama knew beforehand that Putin was taking Crimea. Just like his red line in Syria. Ask the people in Aleppo what the Russians did on behalf of Assad there.
