I never stated who I would ask to implement this plan.
It took root with some groups like the Wobblies. It was never mainstream.
The plan to get govt to tax?

Your plan is even more ridiculous. The only way it would work is if someone was pointing a barrel of a gun at people making them do it under the threat of prison and confiscation. it’s OK to make a topic but when you make a topic that you purposely try to evade every question it actually just creates confusion and that’s what you’ve done here.
Ever notice his posts sound like he's standing nobly on a mountaintop with the wind flowing through his hair yet he hardly ever gives a direct answer to questions about his ideas and beliefs?

Nothing noble about saying you have an idea and then denying every aspect of it is something you want to do or has to be done in order to implement it.
taxing hte rich is not complicated - its probably easier than setting up a toll bridge LOL
Nothing wrong with taxation. It's a necessary evil. Be careful not to go overboard with it. You think you can have a vibrant economy with a high union membership rate. You will strangle it with high taxes. Then those union workers will be laid off.
the economy is already being strangled by housing, student, and medical debt
fund the IRS and tax the rich.
Defund and cut taxes. Simplify the tax code. Do away with income tax. Go to a VAT. Keep government out of our lives as much as possible.
