One mistake is thinking that Ground contractors will continue to deliver it at e-commerce rates because “density and growth” add value. They don’t.What's the mistake?
I don't know about you, but when it gets cold and windy outside, I put on a jacket. Then when it gets warmer, I take it off. Nothing impractical or unethical about it.Trusting upper management to make ethical AND practical decisions.
You're still there, right? One mistake is thinking that Ground contractors will continue to deliver it at e-commerce rates because “density and growth” add value. They don’t.
Not for long. Out by July 1.You're still there, right?

What is this new uniform policy? Is it for Express? The new uniform policy will help with retention.

Are you at least selling for some CA$H?Not for long. Out by July 1.
absolutely!!!!!!Let's not get carried away; none of this is really *that* hard, it's just more hours. It's odd that you think a Raptor is the pinnacle of success though. Maybe Affliction t shirts should be part of the next uniform?
Wow. Thats what I have heard also. If that is true, things are not looking good for Express employees at all. Fedex has sent a strong message by choosing not inVESTing in its employees but rather to put them in vests instead.Street Clothes with a Vest.
Right now you can buy a regulated utility stock and come away with a comparable return if not a better return than to continue to take a seriously flawed business model and try to make it work. You can only nail down just so many new layers of tar paper in an effort to stop the leaks until the entire roof caves in under the sheer weight of it. And from a management perspective all these gimmicky new schemes Fat Freddy keeps nailing down are just that.....tar paper. Not for long. Out by July 1.
Not really anything special. Easily the value of the trucks. They’ve seriously devalued the contracts. Are you at least selling for some CA$H?
I think I'll wear my cycling clothes one day and see how it goes. Are jorts and muscle shirts an option? Asking for a friend.
Dano said that this happens at ups also. He also thinks higher pay and better benefits wouldn’t attract better employees. I guess FedEx is gonna keep playing the same pay raise games. I need to find my overalls and dust them off!I think I'll wear my cycling clothes one day and see how it goes.
But seriously, no one should be surprised by this. Turnover is so high, what is the point of providing employees with full uniforms only to have them quit in a month.
That’s just it. This isn’t Freddy’s game anymore. Raj is calling the shots now and it’s more than evident.Right now you can buy a regulated utility stock and come away with a comparable return if not a better return than to continue to take a seriously flawed business model and try to make it work.
