So you never claimed the child tax credit?
Did you? And that chance on calling it a credit since I pay plenty of taxes so try again. You’re the kind of guy that thinks it’s the government’s money and they’re just being nice giving it back to us. We’re talking about people that pay no taxes or almost none.

And of all people, you who was more than willing to take a free money and screw the taxpayer, even though you had the money to pay Pay college loans.

Hard to spin it when Taco Trump said this is still Biden s economy. 🤣

Since I don’t have a TV and therefore don’t watch MSM I hadn’t a clue what you and @MyTripisCut was talking about when you two referred to TACO Trump. So I did a little research and found out almost every MSM was using it as the “talking point of the day.“ Thanks guys for keeping me up on the Democrats talking points of the day without having to sit and watch the crap every day. 👍🏼

Should we also refuse treatment in the ERs to those who don't have health insurance?
No we shouldn't if they're citizens(like myself which is what you're getting at). A lot of hospitals have shut down ER's because activists advised illegals to go to ER's for all their medical needs including taking ambulance rides they never pay for.

another law that needs to be repealed

The Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA), enacted in 1986, is a federal law that requires hospitals participating in Medicare to provide emergency medical care to all individuals, regardless of their ability to pay or their immigration status, if they seek treatment at the hospital's emergency department. EMTALA mandates that these hospitals screen and stabilize patients with emergency medical conditions, and arrange for appropriate transfers if necessary.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
  • Scope:
EMTALA applies to hospitals that participate in Medicare, and therefore, the Act applies to many hospitals across the United States.

  • Three Main Responsibilities:
    • Medical Screening Exam (MSE): Hospitals must provide a medical screening examination to all patients seeking emergency care.

    • Stabilization: Hospitals must stabilize patients with emergency medical conditions, meaning to treat them to a point where they are no longer in immediate danger.

    • Transfer Arrangements: Hospitals must arrange for appropriate transfer of patients to another facility if the patient cannot be stabilized at their facility or if the receiving hospital is better equipped to handle the patient's condition.
  • Violations:
Violations of EMTALA can lead to significant penalties, including fines for hospitals and termination of their Medicare provider agreements.
